FINANCE DEPARTMENT KP DISPARITY REDUCTION ALLOWANCE SUMMARY

Government of the KP, Finance Department has issued a letter for the Chief Minister in connection with KP Disparity Reduction Allowance Summary. The details are as under:

KP DISPARITY REDUCTION ALLOWANCE SUMMARY:

Federal Government issued the Notification F.no. 14(1)R-3/2021-90 for reduction of the disparities in the wages among those the
Federal Government employees who have not been the allowed any additional allowances greater than or equal to the 100% of the basic
pay. Whether frozen or the otherwise (Annex-A). New Disparity Reduction Allowance the DRA 2021 @ 25% is admissible for all the
civil employees in the BPS 1-19 of Federal Government, with exception of the employees of the departments and the organizations
included in the negative list (Annex-A), who draw the additional allowances greater than or equal to the 100% of the basic pay, whether
frozen or the otherwise.
