FINANCE DEPARTMENT KPK NOTIFICATION CONVEYANCE ALLOWANCE DURING VACATION

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Finance Department has been issue Notification on the 25-01-2023 in connection with Conveyance Allowance during Vacation KPK. Employees who availed summer and winter vacation and the accounts offices deducted their conveyance allowance. Now, these employees will get conveyance allowance during summer/winter holidays. Before this KPK Government issued orders for Conveyance Allowance during Vacations with Arrears amount to employees. They will also get the arrears amount. Details are as under:

Notification Conveyance Allowance During Vacation KPK

In compliance with the judgment of Service Tribunal Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on 29.07.2021 and in pursuance of the Supreme Court of Pakistan judgment in CPLA No., 84-P, 377-P, 307-P of 2020 dated 07.07.2022, the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been pleased to allow Conveyance Allowance to the employees of education department during (summer & winter) vacation as well as reimbursement of arrears with effect from the date of deduction of the said allowance.

Submission of a Copy of the Notification:

Copy of the above Notification FD forwarded to the:-

1. Accountant general, KPK
2. Secretaries to the Government of KOK, Elementary & Secondary Education, and Higher education departments.

1. The director FMIU, Finance Department with the request to upload the same on the finance department website.

1. The director, staff training institute (STI) E&A Department.
2. The Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
3. PSO to Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

1. Registrar Services Tribunal Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar
2. All district education officers (male & female) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa & Merged Areas

The Effective date of Arrears Amount:

As per the Notification, the employees will get the arrears of the Conveyance Allowance with effect from the date of deduction of CA. I shall soon communicate the exact date of the implementation of the arrears amount. This date maybe 2011 or so on.

Salary Slips of Arrears of Conveyance Allowance:

The employees have started getting the arrears amount of Recovery of Conveyance Allowance. The concerned Accounts Office has paid the already deducted amount of teachers.
