Government of Punjab, FINANCE DEPARTMENT has issued official notification letter on 18th august, 2020 in connection with GP Fund interest rates 2020-21 Pakistan.
Government of Pakistan, FINANCE DIVISION has issued notification on 18-08-2020 in connection with new GP Fund Interest Rates 2019-20-{Rates of Mark -up} for Federal Government Employees. According to letter the revised rate of mark-up on state Provident fund i.e. General Provident Fund for Fiscal Year 2019-20 are under:

I am directed to convey that rate of mark-up on State Provident i.e. General Provident Fund (GP Fund) for Fiscal year 2019-20 are as under:

2 — 2018-2019 — 14.35%
3 — 2019-2020 — 12.00%
It has decided to fix GP Fund Interest Rates up to the 12.00% Profit Rate Per Annum will during financial Year 2019-20 & 2020-21 to State Provident Fund i.e. General Provident Fund.
