The Government of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been issued the ordinance on 25-03-2021 in connection with the KP Civil Servants Ordinance 2021 (Retirement from Service). Details are under:
KP CIVIL SERVANTS ORDINANCE 2021(RETIREMENT AGE):
Whereas it is the expedient further to the amend Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil the Servants Act, 1973 (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Act No.
XVIII of 1973) in manner hereafter the appearing;
and whereas Provincial Assembly is not in the session and Governor of Province of KP is satisfied that the circumstances exist which the render necessary to take the immediate action; NOW, therefore, in exercise of powers the conferred by the Clause (1) of Article 128 of Constitution of Islamic Republic of the Pakistan, Governor of KP is pleased to the make and promulgate following Ordinance:-
