MEETINGS OF RETIREMENT COMMITTEES UNDER CIVIL SERVANTS 2020

The undersigned is directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that the Civil Servants ( Directory Retirement From Service) Rules, 2020 have been notified on 15.04.2020. Rules 6 of the ibid Rules provide that each Ministry/Division shall maintain a list of all civil servants who have completed twenty years of service and the performance of these civil servants shall be reviewed by respective Retirement Board and Committees.

All the Ministers/Devisions/Departments are requested to indicate dates to this Division by 31st July ,2020 on which meetings of the respective Retirement Committees for civil servants of BS-17 to BS-19 and BS-1 to BS-16 are planned to be held.
