MINUTES OF MEETING WITH EMPLOYEES AND GOVERNMENT
The minutes of meeting was attended by representatives of the All Pakistan Employees the Pensioners & the Labour Tehreek.
The minutes of meeting was attended by the Additional Secretary Finance (HR), the Additional Secretary Iina (Regulations),the Additional
Secretary Finance [Expnediture], and the Deputy Commissioner, Islamabad.
. Representative of employees presented following demands:
2- Retirement age shall not be the reduced.
3- Annual increment shall not be the abolished
4- Pension shall not be the abolished. Salary of the government servants shall be the increased.
5- Government Organizations shall as the OGDCL, CAA, PIA, PSM, HBFC not be the privatized or downsized or the segregated.
6- The Ad hock relief should be the merged in basic pay and pay should be the increased/ adjusted with the current inflation.
7- The Pay disparity between different the departments should be removed.
8- House rent ceiling should be the abolished and shall be fixed as the 50% of current pay.
9- Medical allowance has not the increased since 2010, thus, same needs to be increased. And the Health cards shall be the issued to government servants. And conveyance the allowance shall be increased as same that has not been the increased since 2010.
10- AIOU dismissed servants may be the reconsidered and the repatriated. Similarly, the issues of IIU and QAU employees may be the resolved at earliest.
