NOTIFICATION REVISED SPECIAL SECRETARIAT PERFORMANCE ALLOWANCE 2023 KP 50% TO 100%

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Finance Department has been issued Notification on the 11-07-2023 in connection with Revised Special Secretariat Performance Allowance 2023 KP 50% to 100%. Details are as under:

With the increase in salaries on a monthly basis KPK government revises rates of many allowances.  After presenting the Budget 2023-2024 Government of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, announces new rates with some increases in many allowances.

On the order of Government Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, the finance department regulation wing issues notifications to all competent authorities. The means subject of the notification is to enhance or revise Special Secretariat Performance Allowance from 50% to 100% of basic pay per month. All those officers or officials of  Provincial Civil Secretariat KPK. They are already in receipt of said allowance at 50%.

100% Enhancement in SSPA:

KPK Government make some modifications in the previous notification issues on 27^th November 2019. after some amendments, the government revises the rate of special secretaries’ performance allowance. It increases the rate of this allowance from 50% to 100% for all employees. All above employees are eligible to receive this allowance on their basic per month. With the provision of 100% Special Secretariat performance Allowance is applicable with effect from 1st, July 2023.

Beneficiaries of Secretariat Special Allowance:

All the government employees/officers/officials who are giving their services in the provincial civil secretariat Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are eligible to receive this allowance. The finance department will add this allowance to their monthly salaries according to the new rates. From the first of July 2023, all these employees will receive their SMS PA allowance with additional value.
