PHD SCHOLARSHIP FOR US UNIVERSITIES FOR FALL 2021 & SPRING 2022 PKC HEC INITIATIVE

The HEC has been announced for the PhD Scholarships for as US Universities fall 2021 & the spring 2022 the PKC HEC Initiative. So the detail of same is as the under:

PHD SCHOLARSHIP FOR US UNIVERSITIES FOR FALL 2021 & SPRING 2022:

The Higher Education Commission invites the applications from of outstanding Pakistani/AJK Nationals for award of the PHD Scholarship in QS World Ranked US Universities.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

1. Pakistani/Azad Jammu Kashmir nationals.
2. Minimum the four-year of Bachelor’s Degree {BS/BSc/BE(16 years of the formal education)}.
3. Maximum the 2 Division and no 3 Division in entire academic careers.
4. Maximum age on closing the date shall not be exceed.
5. 40 years of case regular faculty is members of Public Sector Universities/Government Colleges and the Researchers of the
   approved/registered R&D Organizations (Born after 10, 1981).
6. 35 years in all the other cases on closing date of application (Born after January 10, 1986).

MERIT DETERMINATION FORMULA:

1. The GRE Scores-60% (HEC will give preferences to higher scores)
2. That having the GRE waived by host of university will be the required to the appear in HAT test and get a 60% score in the addition to meeting eligibility criteria host of university.
3. The HEC AEF Formula is 30%.
4. Must not be availing any other Scholarship.

APPLICATION SUBMISSION:

2021 : The application must be the submitted online on HEC Portal: until January 10, 2021.

2022 : Closing date for the scholarship application is January 10, 2021.
